Marketing and Product Specialist

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to support company objectives.
• Responsible for working with corporate marketing resources to create marketing materials to distribute to customers and promote products and brands including data sheets, newsletters, and e-mails blasts.
• Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Assist with monitoring and improving product offering including rationalization through consumption analysis & market trends 
• Assist with new product offerings (including product line extensions), orderly transitions in/out including identification of product substitutions.  
• Coordinate and execute promotional events, shows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all businesses.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing and communication activities, including performance analysis and recommendations.
• Promote the products through training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms
• A “thought partner’ for the Marketing Manager in understanding market/customer requirements and needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to multitask and coordinate activities between functions.
